Sunset Green HOme (Long Island, NeW York)
We completed this award-winning single family home, known as the Sunset Green Home Project, in early 2016. In our role as project team leader, we were responsible for specifying the products, technologies and strategies that enabled the project to earn LEED Platinum certification under the LEED for Homes green building standard. A post-Hurricane Sandy reconstruction, the Sunset Green Home Project is a showcase of resilient coastal construction and was completed with the participation of over 70 sponsors and by a design/build/sustainability team with deep experience in coastal building.

Medical Office (New York, New York)
Sunset Green Home is the tenant's representative for a sustainable medical office renovation for which we have specified energy efficient heating and cooling equipment, materials designed to promote healthy indoor air quality, and strategies that will ensure patient privacy by dampening sound transmission through walls and doors. The project was completed by December 2016.
LEED v4 Project (Long Island, New York)
The LEED green building program is not only for new construction! Sunset Green Home acted as Sustainability Consultant for a major renovation and expansion of a mid-century modern coastal home in central Long Island, New York. The project is seeking certification under LEED v4, the most recently updated version of the green building standard. The owners seek to retain the character is the home while upgrading its performance - including enhancing its resiliency, comfort and energy efficiency.
