Kim Erle, LEED AP, is an accredited sustainability professional with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainable design and project management. Her clients have included large financial institutions, healthcare providers, private homeowners and commercial property owners, and her work ranges from new construction to existing building retrofits.
In addition to providing consulting and project management services, Kim researches and writes articles that explain the fundamentals of sustainability and provide actionable strategies for laypersons to implement. Kim serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for Sustainability at Cornell University and is a member of the Urban Green Council. In 2016 Kim was recognized as one of Sokol Media’s 2016 Top Women to Watch in Sustainability for her work on the LEED Platinum certified Sunset Green Home project, a rebuilding of a home that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy as a showcase of durable, resilient and sustainable residential construction and interior design.
